At Elegant Closets, our goal is to help our clients declutter their home and personal spaces by providing them with an array of the highest quality, Canadian-made products and the best service in the market. Using our quick and simple process, our team walks interested clients through addressing initial inquiries, scheduling free in-home design consultations, refining the designs according to our clients’ needs, coming up with fair quotes, ordering the required parts, and installing their new masterpiece organization solutions. From the initial hour-long consultation to the actual installation, we can have our custom organization solutions in place in our clients’ homes within two weeks! 

I am the proud owner of my custom home organization company, Elegant Closets, and here's my story. 

 

While I was in my undergrad studying Chemical Engineering at Ryerson University, I would work in the interior design industry part-time and during summers to pay off my tuition. Upon graduation, I decided to start my own company and follow my passions for custom home solutions rather than working in the corporate world. And so, Elegant Closets was born!

 

With an entrepreneurial mindset, I researched the class leaders in the custom home organization industry and acquired the dealership of one of the biggest, class-leading and highest quality cabinetry manufacturers in North America. I then received extensive training on designing and optimizing organization spaces in Scottsdale, Arizona, and combined it with my engineering and interior design background.

 

Today, I proudly run Elegant Closets with my wife, Areej, as a small family business of high-class, luxury custom home organization. When you call Elegant Closets, my wife answers the phone to ensure the highest quality of customer service. I personally visit all my potential clients to design and optimize storage solutions that perfectly fit your needs and lifestyle. I also supervise every installation to make sure you are 100% satisfied and have that “WOW” factor in your elegant storage space!

FAQs

What material do you use? 

We only work with the highest grade & density 3/4" thermally fused particleboard that is California Air Resource Board (CARB) Phase II compliant. This means that you are getting the material that is safe for you, your family and the environment while maintaining its integrity and strength.

Lower-grade particle boards used by other closet companies emit formaldehyde from composite woods, which can cause various health issues. Our products meet the highest grade emission testing and is safe for use with kids and pets.

How do your prices compare to the market? 

We are an independently owned and operated (not a Franchise) Canadian small business--Husband and wife team. Our products are Canadian made, and we have no physical retail location. We are also the authorized dealer of one of the biggest closet manufacturing companies in North America: Organizers direct. All these features enable us to offer extremely competitive prices while cutting out any middle-men.

How long does it take to get a closet installed? 

We have some of the shortest lead times in the industry. With our current lead times, we can have your new organization systems installed within a few weeks! 

 

The installation itself depends on the complexity, scope and number of closets, but a standard job typically takes between 1-3 days depending on the complexity and size of the project.

Who is designing and installing the storage system? 

At Elegant Closets, our well-trained designers work with you to come up with a customized 3D rendered design that accommodates your needs, wants, desires and budget. The design process typically takes about an hour during which we measure, design and give you the quote for your custom storage space. As our client, you can request as many revisions as needed until you are 100% satisfied with the design outcome.

Our installers are thoroughly trained and use utmost care while installing your dream organizational space. Every space is cleaned up thoroughly and every surface is wiped with care before the grand reveal!
